Video Search of Miami
What is a DVD? It is Video Disc

All titles in our library of movies can be duplicated onto DVD. The visual quality is comparable if not slightly better than a VHS recording (see individual movie listings for exact visual quality ratings). Our DVDs are encoded for all regions; they are playable on all American DVD units manufactured post-millenium. Some older DVD units will only play 'pressed discs,' not spiral discs. Check your instruction manuel for complete details.

Please take note:  These DVDs do not contain any type of additional or "bonus" materials sometimes associated with commercial video discs. Rather, they are digital reproductions of our analogue library prints. They are processed with chapter breaks.

Since a DVD is an exact clone of our original master, the visual quality should be slightly better than a standard VHS reproduction, however the visual quality of a DVD cannot be better than our source material. For a precise visual rating of each title, please check the actual movie listing.

A DVD has the capacity to hold up to 4 hours of full-motion video along with quality stereo sound. Therefore, most movies will be duplicated onto one disc, NTSC format. Our DVDs can be played on all American DVD Players, Playstations, and of course on all computers with a DVD-ROM or CD-ROM drive with the help of a software based decoder / player. These DVDs can also be played on most International units. They are encoded for All Regions.

Video Search of Miami is no longer offering duplication into the VCD format.
